Both version of Bookoogles went live today (January 11, 2011).

But we are experiencing some problems with both versions are currently working on the fixes.

iPhone:

1. When you purchase a book the software closes after the transaction. But before the download. Don’t worry you have not lost you eBook. All that you need to do is re-open the program –> back to the purchase book section –> recheck the same book that you bought –> iTunes will signal you to buy the book –> press ok (you will NOT be billed twice –> iTunes will than tell you that you have already bought the book but have not downloaded it. Press ok. The book will now download and be ready to read in the Read Book Section.

We are very sorry for the double download issue and well be adding a new distribution to the Bookoogles very soon.

iPad

1. The application is experiencing a problem with the Purchase Book section and you are unable to buy additional books. We will be submitting an upgrade to the software very soon. Again we are very sorry for the problem.
